Παράδεισόν σε ἡγήσαιντο Ἀγγέλοι, σέ εἰσαφικνούμενον δέξαιντο Μάρτυρες καί σε εἰσαγάγοιεν
εἰς τὴν πόλιν ἁγίαν, τὴν Ἱεροσόλυμαν· σέ Ἀγγέλων χορὸς ξενίσαι, καὶ παρὰ τῷ
Λαζάρῳ, πάρος πένητι, αἰωνίαν ἔχοις ἡσυχίαν.

deducant te Angeli, in tuo adventu suscipiant te Martyres et perducant te in
civitatem samctam, Jerusalem: chorus Angelorum te suscipiat, et cum Lazaro,
quondam paupere, æternam habeas requiem
May Angels
lead thee into Paradise, may Martyrs receive thee at thy coming and lead thee
into the holy city, Jerusalem; may the choir of Angels receive thee, and with
Lazarus, once a poor man, mayest thou have eternal rest.
